I successfully reported them, and it's now on record, with the FCC and the BBB. I then went to Spectrum and just had my internet restored around 2 am. I was eating dinner and watching a paid-for movie and I took hours trying to get a hotspot to work but couldn't. I have at least one outage every month with Spectrum.
